Responsible for the positioning and communication of all of Collabco’s products Tracy ensures budgets are maximised and both Collabco and its customers fully understand engagement and building relationships. Tracy has worked within the education sector for over 6 years and within a marketing capacity for over 15.
Being passionate about clear customer communications and continually demanding a deeper understanding of the customer lifecycle, Tracy often advises clients the best way to position their digital offering ensuring a firm ROI from a student portal investment.
