Sarah Nolan

Sarah joined the finance team at Collabco in 2019. As Finance Manager, she oversees all areas of finance and administration including payroll, accounts payable and receivables, job costing, cash management, general ledger, inventory, banking and reconciliations, and sales commission tracking. She provides strategic analyses for senior management to determine company profitability, prepares financial statements and special reports required by lenders, develops company policies and procedures, and ensures compliance with small business regulations, tax laws, insurance requirements, industry standards, etc. Sarah also serves as the focal point for human resources management and liaises with insurance brokers, public accounting firms, payroll services, and lenders.

Sarah started her career as an accounts assistant before moving into various operational management roles. She then studied for her ACMA accreditation and become a chartered accountant in 2010. Her operational background has been a great help and gives her insight into how different areas of a business look and allows the ability to interpret financial information and highlight ways that she can be of assistance.
