Meet Will Lance our Documentation Specialist!

Having graduated with a degree in History from Brunel University London in May 2020 I was met with the challenge of finding work during a global pandemic. I was lucky to come across Collabco and was soon made to feel very at home in the professional and enriching environment they provide.

My role here at Collabco is to create, update and maintain all the documentation for our myday platform. This involves learning about all aspects of the platform inside and out in order to create instructions on how to use all different the many elements of myday. There is a lot of documentation to cover and new areas to write up or update all the time. I hope that many customers will find the documentation both engaging and educational and that helps to create the best possible experience when using myday.

Fun fact about me: I climbed Mount Kilimanjaro when I was 19 years old.
