Collabco reaches the Nordics with new Danish institution partnership

We are excited to announce that despite the recent challenges as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and restriction on international travel, we have recently partnered with Københavns Professionshøjskole or University College Copenhagen to provide myday to their growing student base.

This will be Collabco’s first Danish customer and additionally first customer within the Nordic region. The partnership hopes to be a showcase for providing a seamless student experience, making data accessible on the move in a consistent and well-branded format. This is a really exciting opportunity for all.

Crucially for the team at Københavns, they were able to test the software before deciding if it fit their requirements and take advantage of the extensibility of the platform to allow additional development.  The successful pilot ensured myday as the student app of choice.

University College Copenhagen were seeking an app solution which would enhance the student experience and provided easy access for learners on their mobile devices to University resources (particularly the timetable) and facilitate improved communications. Students needed a place to find key information and feel comfortable accessing resources whichever stage of the academic journey they were that. That the platform was simple and easy to use and students didn’t require any training or help to use was an added bonus for the institution. Having all their academic and social material gathered in one place, easily accessible anywhere, anytime on any device will certainly make students’ lives easier!

“We were looking at building a solution like myday from scratch but having spoken to Collabco at Online Educa Berlin (OEB) we saw the potential and that we could achieve something much quicker. Students needed to have a place to find key information from all of the systems. We hadn’t had a mobile app before and myday offered us this as well as our main criteria; being able to test the system. We also liked that Collabco always gave us the time we needed and came to see us in person.
